Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after purchase. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping method & delivery

We ship via USPS. After processing, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Free shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50 — automatically applied at checkout.

Print-on-demand items

Some items in our shop (select apparel and totes) are made-to-order and shipped separately from our warehouse products. These items may take an additional 5-7 business days to produce before shipping. If your order includes both, you may receive multiple packages at different times.

Order confirmation & tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete, and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unworn/unused condition
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.

Non-returnable items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Print-on-demand apparel and totes (made-to-order)
  • Custom or personalized products (engraved jewelry, personalized notepads)
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items and gift cards

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at shop@cultivatedgraceandco.shop and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

International orders

International purchases are non-refundable at this time.
