Products & Customization

Which items can be personalized?

Several of our products can be customized with a name, date, or short message — including:

  • Custom Botanical Floral, Braided Beauty, and Schedule Notepads
  • My Notes Botanical Floral Notepad
  • Engravable Heart Cutout Necklace
  • Script "love" Heart Cutout Necklace

Look for the personalization field on the product page. If you don't see one, that item isn't customizable at this time.

Are there character limits on personalization?

Yes — most personalization fields allow up to 50 characters. Please double-check your spelling before ordering, as personalized items cannot be returned.

Can I request custom colors or designs?

Not at this time, but we're always growing. Email shop@cultivatedgraceandco.shop with ideas and we'll add them to our list.

Shipping

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days. Standard USPS delivery adds another 5-10 business days. Print-on-demand apparel and totes may take an additional 5-7 business days to produce.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only at this time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Will I get tracking?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Apparel & Sizing

What sizes do you offer?

Our apparel line runs from S to 3XL, depending on the style. Every product page includes a sizing chart specific to that garment — please refer to it before ordering, as sizing varies by cut and fabric.

Are the tees unisex or women's fit?

Most of our tees and sweatshirts are relaxed unisex fits designed to layer beautifully. Individual product descriptions note when a style runs true-to-size or oversized.

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale?

We're currently exploring small wholesale partnerships with boutiques, churches, and faith-based retailers. If you're interested, please reach out to shop@cultivatedgraceandco.shop with your business name, website, and what you're interested in. We'll be in touch.
