Giveaway Official Rules — Cultivated Grace & Co. x @nursebpugh

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Cultivated Grace & Co., 2025 Riverside Dr, Suite 650 PMB 1506, Upper Arlington, OH 43221, shop@cultivatedgraceandco.shop. Brittany Pugh (@nursebpugh) is co-hosting the giveaway and received a Coffee Lover Box from the sponsor at no cost.

2. Instagram release. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this giveaway.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. The sponsor, Brittany Pugh, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

4. Giveaway period. The giveaway begins October 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET and ends October 31, 2026, at 8:00 PM ET. Entries received after the end time will not be counted.

5. How to enter. Comment on the giveaway post on Instagram with your answer to the question in the caption. One entry per person, no matter how many comments you leave. Following, liking, sharing, or tagging friends is welcome but optional and does not add entries.

Free email entry. You may also enter without using Instagram. Email shop@cultivatedgraceandco.shop with the subject line "Giveaway Entry," your full name, and your Instagram handle or mailing address. Email entries must arrive during the giveaway period, count as one entry, and have the same chance of winning as Instagram entries. Use one method only.

6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive The Coffee Lover Box, a 60+ piece coffee gift set from Cultivated Grace & Co. Approximate retail value: $65.00. The prize is packed to order and ships free to a US address within 7 days after the winner confirms their address. No cash or substitutions, except that the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable.

7. Winner selection. On or about November 1, 2026, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification. The winner will be announced in a comment on the giveaway post and contacted by direct message from @cultivatedgraceandco or @nursebpugh, or by email for email entries. The winner must reply with a shipping address within 72 hours. If they don't, an alternate winner may be selected at random. The sponsor and Brittany will never ask for payment, a card number, or a password, and will never message you from any other account.

9. Publicity. With the winner's permission, the sponsor may share the winner's first name and Instagram handle.

10. Privacy. Information collected is used only to run this giveaway and ship the prize. It will not be sold. See our Privacy Policy at cultivatedgraceandco.shop/policies/privacy-policy.

11. General. The sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or that violate these rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the sponsor's control, the sponsor may modify or cancel it. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and release the sponsor and co-host from liability related to the prize and the giveaway. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
