Creator Collaboration Terms

Cultivated Grace & Co. · Delaware, Ohio · shop@cultivatedgraceandco.shop

These are the terms for a gifted collaboration with Cultivated Grace & Co. I've written them in plain language on purpose. If anything here gives you pause, message me before you accept and let's talk it through.

— Jaime

1. What I'm giving you

I'll ship you the product named in your collaboration details. It's yours to keep — no return, no deposit, no invoice.

This is a gifted collaboration. There is no cash fee, and neither of us owes the other money under these terms.

I cover shipping within the United States and ship within 3–5 business days of you confirming your address.

2. What you're giving me

Within 14 days of your package being delivered:

  • One video — an Instagram Reel or TikTok, 15–45 seconds, filmed vertically
  • Two still photographs — one showing the product in your hands or in use, one styled however you like
  • A tag — @cultivatedgraceandco, plus #gifted and #cultivatedgraceandco

Please send the photos to me directly as well, even if you also post them.

Deadlines are flexible if you talk to me. Message me and I'll extend it, no explanation needed. What I'm asking for is communication, not speed.

3. Keeping it up

Please leave the post live for at least 90 days. After that it's entirely yours to archive or delete.

4. Disclosure — required, not optional

Every post must disclose that the product was gifted, using #gifted or #ad.

The disclosure must be visible without tapping “more” and must not be buried at the end of a caption or placed in a comment. This is FTC law, it protects both of us, and I can't accept content that skips it.

5. Your honest opinion is protected

I am not buying a positive review.

If you don't like the product, tell me instead of posting. I'll thank you, I won't ask for it back, and I'll mark the collaboration complete and leave you a fair review. An honest note is worth more to me than a post that isn't true.

You are never required to say anything you don't believe.

6. Content standards

Because I sell faith-based products to a wide range of women, content under these terms must not:

  • Claim or imply that any product heals, cures, treats, or resolves a medical, mental-health, or financial condition, or that buying it produces a specific spiritual outcome
  • State or imply that stock is limited, reserved, held, or nearly sold out — I can't verify that and I won't have a shopper misled
  • Feature a competing brand's products in the same frame as mine
  • Include political, partisan, or divisive commentary in the same post
  • Alter, paraphrase, or misquote Scripture shown on a product — please show it as printed
  • Contain anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or discriminatory

If a post breaches this section, I'll ask you once to edit or remove it. That's the only remedy I'll seek.

7. Who owns the content

You own your content. You made it; it's yours.

You grant me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit for length or format, and display the content you deliver, with credit to your handle where the format allows, on:

  • cultivatedgraceandco.shop, including product pages
  • My Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts
  • My email and SMS marketing to my own subscribers
  • My Etsy listings and in-person event displays

This license is organic only. It does not include:

  • Paid advertising of any kind, including Meta or TikTok ads
  • Spark Ads, Partnership Ads, allowlisting, or whitelisting of your handle
  • Third-party licensing, resale, or sublicensing of your content
  • Use of your name or likeness to imply an ongoing endorsement beyond this collaboration

If I want any of those, I'll come back to you with a separate written offer and separate payment. You're free to say no.

8. What you're confirming

  • You are 18 or older
  • The address you give me is current and correct — I won't ship without your confirmation
  • Your accounts and engagement are genuine, with no purchased followers or engagement pods
  • The content you deliver is your own original work, and you have the rights to any music, voices, or faces appearing in it
  • You'll follow the terms of the platform you post on

9. If things go quiet

If I haven't heard from you by day 18 after delivery, I'll close the collaboration and leave an honest review reflecting what happened. You keep the product either way — I'm not chasing anyone for a devotional.

Either of us may end the collaboration before the product ships, for any reason, with no hard feelings and no cost.

10. The small print

Independent parties. You're not my employee, contractor, agent, or partner. You're responsible for your own taxes on the value of any gifted product.

No exclusivity. You're free to work with any other brand, including brands like mine. I only ask that a competitor's product not appear in the same frame as mine.

Privacy. I use your address to ship your package and nothing else. I won't add you to my customer marketing lists without your separate consent, and I won't share your details with anyone but the carrier.

Whole agreement. This page plus your collaboration details are the entire agreement between us. Changes need to be in writing — a message through the platform counts.

Governing law. Ohio law applies. If something goes wrong, we agree to try to work it out directly before anything else.

Liability. Neither of us is liable to the other beyond the value of the gifted product.

Accepting

By accepting a collaboration with me, you're agreeing to these terms. If anything here gives you pause, tell me before you accept and let's talk it through. I'd rather have the conversation than have you agree to something you're unsure about.

Thank you for even considering it. I hope whatever you're carrying this week is a little lighter.
